The private view will feature a performance by Matthew Sawyer and a reading by Michael Glover.

The kinesis of studio production is transposed to the gallery space, in ‘Pulsed’, a multi-disciplinary group show, bringing together six UK based artists: Ross Chisholm, Paul Housley, Simon Keenleyside, Jess MacNeil, Michael Samuels and Matthew Sawyer. Raw materials such as figurines, furniture, portraits and landscapes are re-presented and estranged in the process. The familiar becomes alien. At times playful, violent and meandering, the works in the show interweave to create a visual fabric where histories, memories and meanings conflate, to render the possibility of a fixed narrative impossible.
