Workspace

ASC manages nine studio buildings across London in Brixton, Streatham, Kennington, Walworth, Bow, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Alperton, Rotherhithe and Croydon.

These spaces are offered to artists, designer makers, arts charities and not-for-profits only. Unless stated otherwise our rents are inclusive of electricity, heating, business and water rates, buildings insurance, service charges and broadband.

We now require just 2 weeks notice to vacate during the first 6 months of occupancy. We require just one month’s deposit.

Charities and non-profits are welcome to apply for workspace.

Viewing

In person viewings are now taking place, 1 person at a time and observing strict social distancing guidelines.

Studio Shares

Sharing studios is allowed and we are able to support you finding a studio-mate if needed. We are also pleased to offer you a smaller share in our larger studio spaces without you having to find a sharer yourself, ideal for people who are looking to manage the cost of workspace. These are offered as either a quarter share or half share. More information here.

 

Recent Graduate Discount Scheme

In response to the pandemic artists and makers who have graduated within the last three years can benefit from a 20% rent discount for the first 12 months of occupancy. Offer limited to our Grafton Road, Stockwell Road and Ealing Road buildings. We are also offering a limited number of £100 credit to buy materials at Cowling and Wilcox.
