Studios

To limit staff exposure to the Covid 19 virus, ASC is not allowing any visitors to our main office. Unfortunately this means we cannot currently process new Tenancy Agreements. We plan to introduce a system that will allow prospective tenants to electronically sign new Tenancy Agreements. This should hopefully be in operation by 1st April.

 


 

ASC manage nine studio buildings across London in Brixton, Streatham, Kennington, Elephant & Castle, Bow, Kingston, Alperton, Rotherhithe and Croydon. The cost of studios vary building to building and will, unless stated otherwise, include electricity, business and water rates, buildings insurance and service charges. Where possible, we also try to provide free wifi.

All costs are calculated per sqft and we work hard to ensure that studio fees across all buildings remain lower than commercial market value.

NEW: Studios Shares 

ASC is pleased to offer artists a smaller share in our larger studio spaces without having to find a sharer, ideal for artists who are looking to manage the cost of workspace. These are offered as either a quarter share or half share and the price is calculated according to the square foot of the portion of the studio to be occupied. More information here.

 

     

 



Recent Graduates
In 2019 ASC launched our recent graduate scheme, offering workspaces in our Brixton, Croydon and Rotherhithe studios at reduced and subsidised studio fee for artists, designers and makers who have graduated in the last 3 years.

 

Charities and non-profits
We also offer workspace, along with a free advice service on all property matters, to charitable and not-for-profit organisations. If you’re interested in office space for charitable and not-for-profit organisations, please email julia.rees@ascstudios.co.uk.
