Studios

ASC manages nine studio buildings across London in Brixton, Streatham, Kennington, Walworth, Bow, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Alperton, Rotherhithe and Croydon.

Unless stated otherwise our rents are inclusive of electricity, heating, business and water rates, buildings insurance, service charges and broadband.

ASC can only offer workspace to artists, designer makers, arts charities and not-for-profits.

We now only require a 2 weeks notice period if you wish to vacate a studio at any time. We require one month’s deposit.

Sharing studios is allowed and we are able to support you finding a studio-mate if needed. We are also pleased to offer you a smaller share in our larger studio spaces without you having to find a sharer yourself, ideal for people who are looking to manage the cost of workspace. These are offered as either a quarter share or half share. More information here.

Charities and non-profits are welcome to apply for workspace.

It provides 45 studios for fine artists and designer makers across two floors. 50% of the studios are self- contained and 50% open fronted.
