ASC is excited to launch a limited number of micro-units, dedicated work-spaces tailored for artists, designers and those who work in the arts and culture sector more broadly, whose work suits a quiet, clean, and collaborative environment.

Ideal for:

Filmmakers & photographers
Architects & designers
Writers & curators
Fine artists with quiet, clean practices
Those working in the wider arts and culture sector e.g. publishing, animation, theatre design, galleries etc.

Access Times:

Weekdays: 8am – 8pm
Weekends: 10am – 5pm

Please note: these hours are fixed and cannot be extended.
Unfortunately, the micro units are not wheelchair accessible at this time.

Eligibility & Suitability

We welcome practitioners from across the visual arts and wider creative and cultural sectors.

Price & Size:

£290 PCM
60 SQFT

Only 4 units available.

Suitable for:

Quiet, clean practices
Digital/lens-based work
Design, writing, planning, research-based practices

Not suitable for:

Dusty, noisy, or tool-heavy practices
Activities requiring machinery or large equipment

Work must be appropriate for an open-plan space with shared facilities.

Complete our short expression of interest form, including a few details about your practice and a link to your website or portfolio.
The first 15 eligible applicants will be invited to a viewing on the morning of 18th or 20th June
Spaces will be allocated based on the suitability of practice and space availability

Those not selected at this time will be added to our waiting list for future opportunities.

*Please note: ASC reserves the right to withdraw an offer if the practice proves unsuitable for the space.
