To mark the 40th anniversary of Capricorni Pneumatici’s first recording session at the Cave, Italy, in June 1986, THE COMMISSION + THE EVENT brings together a captivating blend of visual art and historical synchronicity.

The installation was conceived by artist Tomislav Török Terek, inspired by a dream-like pondering on the 1908 Tunguska Event, Buster Keaton, and Samuel Beckett. It is designed to trace and honor four decades of Capricorni Pneumatici’s sonic exploration, ritual acoustics, and architectural sound. Throughout the duration of the exhibition, a soundtrack consisting of selected soundscape tunes spanning from the group’s inception to the present day will accompany the physical space.

A special edition of posters and postcards will also accompany this installation.
