George Frederick Thomas

I began working professionally as a caricature artist at my local farmers’ market when I was 17. At the age of 20 I moved to London to study representational drawing and painting. I greatly enjoy painting from life and am fascinated by the array of visual and cultural differences around the world and often choose to visit areas that are off the tourist trail where I can learn more and experience the local cultures. I have travelled to various countries in Europe and South America to paint the people and paint new horizons. I am currently based in London, where I take portrait and landscape commissions and paint live at events.
