Kristian Evju
Kristian Evju is a Norwegian artist living and working in London. His practice is primarily focused on painting and drawing visual content from physical and online archives, exploring ideas of theatre, documentation and trust in a post digital reality.
Evju is exhibited and collected internationally, and has won several awards for his work, including the Figurative Art Prize 2021, Conté à Paris Drawing Prize in 2015, and the Painter-Stainers Prize for Drawing in 2016. He graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2007, and Chelsea College of Art in 2011.
