Norwegian Wood
Norwegian Wood are designers and makers of bespoke furniture and fun things. Projects include furniture for creative studio spaces and functional home office environments to handy under stair storage, alcove storage, narrowboat furniture solutions and limited runs of smaller makes for the home.
Considered and sustainable design is the ultimate approach to everything they make. They use CNC machining techniques for design accuracy, to limit excessive waste material and explore a range of sheet materials including timber, valchromat and recycled plastics.
They have collaborated with architects and visual artists on a number of projects including public art commissions, a Hermes window display in Hong Kong and various interior design projects.
