Using the proven Creative Problem Solving (CPS) method, these workshops will guide you through structured exercises to tackle your most pressing challenges, from operational inefficiencies to growth roadblocks. Whether you are a freelancer, sole trader, or part of a larger business, this process will help you generate innovative solutions for your most pressing challenges and create a winning strategy for 2025.
