Open Evening, 22 January, 5-7pm

We will be hosting an open evening for those interested on 22 January, 5-7pm, where you’ll be able to view the studios and register your interest in specific spaces. Studio allocation will take place towards the end of the month.

We’re delighted to announce the launch of Watkin Road Studios, a new, purpose-built studio building opening in February 2026 in Wembley Park.

Watkin Road Studios will provide 23 high-quality studios for artists and makers, with spaces ranging from 82–560 sq ft, priced from £105–£655 per month (+ electricity).

The studios are intended exclusively for visual artists and designer-makers, including (but not limited to) painters, sculptors, printmakers, installation artists and textile designers. Priority will be given to artists living or working in the London Borough of Brent.

The majority of studios benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent natural light. The building has been thoughtfully designed to support creative practice and includes:

• Electric heating (metered, pay-for-use)
• Mechanical ventilation
• Free fibre internet
• 24-hour access
• Communal washout sinks
• Shared kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle
• Bluetooth entry system
• Accessible platform lift
• Disabled access throughout
