Funded by Brent Council and hosted by Make Happy, this creative support programme is a chance to step back from the day-to-day hustle and focus on the strategic challenges that will shape your creative success in 2025 and beyond.

Using the proven Creative Problem Solving (CPS) method, these free in-person workshops will guide you through structured exercises to tackle your most pressing challenges, from operational inefficiencies to growth roadblocks. This process will help you generate innovative solutions for your most pressing challenges and create a winning strategy for 2025.

Workshops Overview:
Creative Practice Road Blocks Problem Solving Workshop May 7th, 2025 

Take the day to focus on your creative practice challenges and work through your current roadblocks, or other creative challenges. Whether you’re a freelancer, sole trader, or part of a larger creative business, you’ll walk away with innovative solutions, support and a winning strategy. You will leave with a toolkit and practical resources to progress beyond the day. 

Develop Your Creative Networks Problem Solving Workshop May 28th, 2025 

This workshop will help you to map your creative network challenges and gain new opportunities. You will work alongside other creatives in Brent to develop solutions and commitments to develop your local, London and beyond networks in order to grow your creative practice or business.

As these workshops are focused on future improvements, additional option to access online accountability sessions! Following both of these workshops there will be online accountability sessions to keep you on track. This will help to keep to the commitments made during the workshops and address new challenges you are facing.

Eligibility:
  • You will need to be a Brent resident with some form of budding or established creative practice.
  • You will want to work to progress or develop your creative practice or business.
  • Over the age of 18 years.

*Refreshments and lunch are provided to keep you engaged throughout the day. Dietary requirements and known allergy to be shared for catering purposes
