Bright, self-contained studio share with current artist Lottie.  Looking for 1 or 2 more people to share the space with. Preferably a practice that doesn’t create dust.

Studio benefits from lots of natural light via large window, is self-contained and secure on the first floor of the building. Includes access to nearby communal brush sinks, shared kitchen and use of exhibition/project space. All bills included. Wifi is provided.

This is a share divided equally between 2 or 3, above fee reflects the full fee for the studio, to be divided equally.
