Bright, self-contained studio share with current artist Thomas, who is a painter.  Looking for 1 other to share the space with. Would suit a range of practices, provided they are happy sharing with a painter.

Studio benefits from lots of natural light via large window, is self-contained and secure. Includes access to nearby communal brush sinks, shared kitchen and use of exhibition/project space. All bills included. Wifi is provided.
