Hello! Looking to let this gorgeous studio in Kennington while I go on an artist residency.
It’s split across a workspace and a mezzanine, both with wonderful windows and natural light.
Currently equipped as a print workshop, wonderful glass worktop equipped for mono printing, relief, intaglio etc.
There is a storage closet on the mezzanine level and communal court yard access.

Ideally a single person or group of people (up to 4) to share the space.
Suitable for lots of different media, but best for printmakers, bookbinders, photographers and designers
I am planning to take the presses so it will be an open space. There is an option to keep tables, desks and an etching press in situ, if there is interest. This can be discussed.
