Self-contained studio on the ground floor (sharing a common entrance). The current tenant is looking for a fellow creative to share the space with. If you are a ceramist there is a kiln available for shared firings. Please note that the space is not suited for practices with high levels of dust, noise, or hazardous solvents.

Lots of natural light via the floor to ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, access to nearby communal brush sinks, shared kitchen, exhibition space, breakout space, bike storage, showers. Wifi is provided With all costs an equal split.
