Bright Studio Share in Streatham Hill – £140/month (all bills included)

Hi,

I’m an artist working across painting and interactive projects, and I’m looking for a desk-based artist, researcher, or designer to share my studio in Streatham Hill.

The space is bright and welcoming, with a skylight for natural light, 24-hour access, secure cycle storage, communal washout sinks, and free broadband. There is a desk, a comfortable chair, and shared shelf space for materials or books. It’s a calm, focused environment – perfect for creative or research-based work.

Because the studio is compact (3m x 5m), we use a simple time-slot system so our work hours don’t overlap too much. I’m usually in around two days a week (9am–3pm) and spend the rest of my time at my home studio, so the space is available most of the time.

I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate, and responsible who’ll enjoy working in a shared but respectful environment.

Rent: £140/month (all bills included)
