A message from Heena, the existing tenant: Hi, I am looking for an artist/ creative to share my studio in Streatham Hill, for a minimum six-month period. The studio has skylight, 24 hour access, communal washout sinks, free broadband and a mezzanine level for storage.

As a sharer you will have part of the walls, shelves and a desk if needed. Since I will be working away on a project at the moment I will rarely be in the studio and the sharing artist will basically use the space alone most of the time. It would most suit creative practices that require a relatively clean and quiet working environment. It includes, but not limited to, artists, designers, illustrators, desk based creatives, etc.

£150 per month including all bills.
