An artist is looking for someone to use their studio space from November 2026 to March 2027. During this period, the artist will not be using the studio, apart from storing some of their work.

The studio measures 3.8m wide × 5m long, with a ceiling height of 2.7m. It benefits from beautiful natural light, with lovely sunsets every evening, and stays warm during the winter months. The space is very secure, located on the first floor, with four doors between the outside and the studio. It overlooks a small patch of grass, offering a peaceful and quiet environment to work in. The studio is around a 20-minute walk from Elephant & Castle Underground station and close to Burgess Park. It would suit a painter or someone with a creative practice looking for a calm, quiet space to work. A one-month deposit is required.
