Watkin Road Studios provides 22 high-quality studios for artists and makers, with spaces ranging from 82–560 sq ft, priced from £160–£1280 per month (+ electricity). The studios are exclusively for visual artists and designer-makers, including (but not limited to) painters, sculptors, printmakers, installation artists and textile designers. Priority will be given to artists living in the London Borough of Brent.

The majority of studios benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent natural light. The building has been thoughtfully designed to support creative practice and includes:
