ASC is a charity dedicated to supporting artists and makers, promoting the arts and educating the public in the arts. We are a leading affordable workspace provider to the creative sector in London and we offer additional support through training, mentoring and grant funding.
We seek new affordable workspace via s106 Planning Gain Agreement and Meanwhile Space.
We will help achieve planning approval, add economic value and mitigate empty building costs.
We are highly regarded by local authorities and on the ‘Approved Workspace Providers Lists’ of Hackney, Greenwich, Islington, Brent, Lambeth and Southwark.
Our workspaces are all offered on highly flexible terms at below market rents. Our buildings are creative communities where artists and makers can grow their practice in a supportive environment.
We provide free project, exhibition and event spaces together with mentoring.
Our buildings conform to all fire, health & safety, access and energy performance regulations.
